ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Human Resource Business Partner, reporting to the HR Manager, you will support HR processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead key HR initiatives such as feedback, compensation, and performance reviews. You’ll provide guidance to leaders, address employee relations concerns, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation. Additionally, you will promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, while supporting immigration and other organizational priorities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the HR Manager to drive HR process improvement, special projects and effective change management programs/initiatives from idea through implementation.
  • Advise, deliver and drive adoption and execution of key HR program cycles including performance management, feedback, compensation, promotions, workforce planning and development.
  • Assist in the development and execution of compensation strategy, benefits management and other internal programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Address employee relations issues, partner with Legal when necessary, to diagnose and resolve concerns and implement strategic solutions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee performance and development.
  • Administer and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative changes.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, integrating these principles into organizational design, talent strategy, and HR programs.
  • Provide support with immigration processes, including visas and work permits, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in managing HRIS modules, ensuring accuracy and optimization of workflows.
  • Provide coaching to HR team members.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a HRBP, ideally within fast-growing technology companies.
  • Experience providing coaching and support to people leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism, with comprehensive knowledge of business operations and the ability to effectively communicate the value of new strategies, processes, or programs.
  • 2+ years experience with an HRIS platform managing the back end and set up of platform  (Dayforce would be considered a plus)
  • 2+ years experience in compensation management.
  • 2+ years experience in benefits management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with remote or geographically distributed teams is a plus
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Experience in people leadership would be a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments. 

**During onboarding / training in the first 3 months this job will be on-site 5x a week. Hybrid/On site (at least 3x/week) after three months**
