Digital Extremes Prepares Players for PAX East and TennoCon Announcements with Time-Limited In-Game Event, New Soulframe Social Features Also Showcased Today

Prepare for the 10th anniversary of TennoCon with the full main stage schedule and team up with an unlikely ally in Warframe's 'The Galleon of Ghouls' Event to obtain two new Grineer weapons

This month’s Devstreams for both Soulframe and Warframe offered players new info for both titles ahead of Digital Extremes' main stage panel at PAX East on May 10.

Soulframe:

  • Uncover a preview of some new features coming to Soulframe Preludes (Pre-Alpha) players later this year, including a new Caster weapon, the implementation of secondary weapons, new flying plant enemies, a haunting limited-time event called “Crypt of Circade,” and a new asynchronous social feature dubbed World Trees.

  • Soulframe’s TennoCon Devstream will kick off at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 19, promising the biggest announcements of the year for the upcoming co-op fantasy action RPG. Anyone around the world can tune in via Soulframe’s official Twitch and YouTube channels.

Warframe: 

  • Get a peek at TennoCon’s main stage schedule, promising deep dives into the art, sound, and narrative of Warframe with experts from the dev team. Prepare for the biggest Warframe announcements of the year with the TennoLive keynote presentation, kicking off at 4:30 p.m. ET on July 19 via Warframe’s official Twitch and YouTube channels.

  • Team up with an unlikely ally to obtain two new Grineer weapons in a new limited-time event, The Galleon of Ghouls. Starting on Friday, May 2, until Monday, May 19, work alongside Vay Hek each weekend to capture his rogue ghouls who have plundered his galleons to obtain the Tonkatt tonfas as well as the Tak & Lug sword and shield.

  • For more answers about the mysterious new enemy teased at the end of the Devstream and what Digital Extremes has in store for Warframe’s story before TennoCon, tune into the May Devstream Live from PAX East via the official PAX and Warframe Twitch channels or attend in person at the Main Stage with a PAX badge on Saturday, May 10, at 3 p.m. ET.
